Refunds and returns: If you are not completely happy with your chosen cards please ensure you return them to us within 7 days of receipt with your invoice (which comes with the order) enclosed in an envelope. We are happy to exchange or offer a refund for the cards, providing they are returned in perfect condition. When returning cards to us we strongly advise customers to obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Stylish Habits are dedicated to providing unique, quality cards to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cards, please provide a short explanation as to why you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We welcome your opinions and advices to improve our services in what ever way we can.

Delivery: We aim to despatch orders of personalized cards within 3 days, orders of bespoke invitation will have an agreed delivery time with the customer, making each delivery time different depending complexity of the invitation. Invitations and greeting cards will go out through a first class service. In the unlikely occurrence of a delay, customers will be informed immediately however we are not responsible for postal service delays. Customised Party bags/ promo bags will have an arrangement with the customer to be send out via first class post or picked up by currier and delivered to the relevant address which will come at an additional cost.
Acceptance of Your Order: An order placed by a customer for a product, is an offer to buy the goods and is not binding on either the customer or Stylish Habits until Stylish Habits has confirmed acceptance of a customer's order. Once an order is accepted Stylish Habits will send an order confirmation and a contract will be formed at the time at which Stylish Habits e-mails confirmation to the customer that their order has been accepted and is being processed (whether or not the customer receives said e-mail). Until an order is accepted customers will have no right to the goods which they have ordered. Stylish Habits are entitled to cancel the contract or suspend delivery if we are unable to obtain payment. The terms of the contract do not affect customer's statutory rights.
